As I drove through Contae Thir Eoghain (County Tyrone) in the north of Ireland recently I got a very strange text message on my mobile phone. It was from Meteor, whose network I am on, and it said "Welcome to UK". Which I thought was strange as the UK was very, very far away across the Irish Sea. The text also informed me " Per min rates 59c to call Ireland & EU".
The text from Meteor did not allow for a reply to be sent. Which is a good job as the answer would be along the lines ...
"F*** O** u shower of W*****s, I am not in the UK, I am in my own country!"
Should we be doing business with these people?
