Ryanair - Another Happy Customer (desperation setting in!

And so - back to my favourite theme - Ryanair.
A friend has just called me, and she's in tears. She just booked flights on Ryanair and for some reason while trying to negotiate the minefield that is their website she booked the same name twice for two separate flights instead of two different names (OK,well she IS blond actually). She immediately rang her Credit Card company and tried to cancel one flight but they told her the payment had already gone through and advised her to contact Ryanair. The Telephonist actually mentioned to her that it was however next to impossible to contact Ryanair.
My friend asked me what can she do? I said they do have a facility on their website to change the name on a booking, so she clicked on "Manage my Booking", fed in her Confirmation Number, etc., clicked on "Name Change" and discovered that they charge - wait for it.... 100 Euro.
JUST TO CHANGE A NAME!
